3. Eligibility and Games
SandScript Football is intended for users aged 18 and over. The App allows you to register an account and play games with other users, such as picking game winners. The games are provided for entertainment, and outcomes may depend on real-world sporting events that are outside our control. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of schedules, scores, or other sports information displayed in the App.
4. User Content and Conduct
You may create content within the App, including a screen name, game picks, and messages sent to other users through news, group, or one-on-one messaging. You retain ownership of your content and grant SandScript Software LLC a limited license to store and display it within the App solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or to post unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time, either within the App or by contacting us.
