1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SandScript Software LLC concerning your use of the mobile application myHorse by SandScript.
2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
- Service: We send horse training updates, race notifications, and syndicate news via myHorse by SandScript.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: Text "STOP" to cancel at any time.
- Help: Text "HELP" for assistance or email support@sandscript.biz.
3. Payments and Fees
Certain features of the App, such as syndicate fees or purchases, require payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe and Google Pay. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable processor to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are due in the amounts and at the times presented to you in the App. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Location-Based Features
The App may request access to your device's location to provide location-based features. You may decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings; doing so may limit related functionality.
5. User Content
You may upload photos, documents, or other content (e.g., horse images or a signature) to your account. You retain ownership of your content, and you represent that you have the right to upload it. You grant SandScript Software LLC a limited license to store and display that content within the App solely for the purpose of operating the service for you.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SandScript Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
